Why Ratatron

Four things that make it feel like cheating.

Hands-free voice

Talk to it like a sous-chef. "Next step." "How much salt?" "Set a 6 min timer."

Vision step-tracking

Prop the phone up. Ratatron watches the pan and follows along automatically.

Live AI coaching

Substitutions, technique, "is this done?" — answered in the moment, not after dinner.

Recipe capture

Paste a link, snap a card, or just speak it. Any recipe becomes guided steps.

03

Cook hands-free.

Ratatron reads each step out loud. Say "okay, it's done" to move on — or just ask anything mid-cook.

Voice in action

Talk to it like a human.

Ratatron understands the way you actually talk while you cook — half-questions, vague pronouns, mid-sentence direction changes. It answers in the same register.

"How much salt? — like, a pinch?"
How much garlic?
Three cloves — minced fine. Want me to set a 1 min timer once it hits the pan?
Yeah, do that.
Timer set. I'll holler when it's up.
Is the pasta done yet?
Three minutes left for al dente. Toss a strand — if there's a tiny white core, you're there.
