- • 500 g ice

Gather ingredients: 1000 ml water, 4 large eggs, 500 g ice. Tools needed: large saucepan, slotted spoon, large bowl, timer.

Fill saucepan with water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Lower eggs into water using a slotted spoon and cook for 10 minutes at a gentle boil.
