- • 120 ml boiling water
- • 1 tsp vinegar
- • 10 ml food coloring

Gather ingredients: 12 large eggs, 120 ml boiling water, 1 tsp vinegar, 10 ml food coloring. Tools needed: large baking sheet, paper towels, wire cooling rack, small bowl, spoon, slotted spoon, tongs.

Line a large baking sheet with paper towels and top with a wire cooling rack.

In a small bowl, stir together the boiling water, vinegar, and food coloring.

Immerse eggs in dye, turning occasionally for 5 minutes until desired color is reached.

Using a slotted spoon or tongs, remove eggs from dye and transfer to the rack to drain.
