
Easy Crepes
A kid-friendly vegetarian French breakfast. Ready in about 1 hour 12 minutes, serves 4.

Ingredients
- • 240 g flour
- • 3 large eggs
- • 475 ml milk
- • 2 tbsp melted butter
- • 1 tbsp sugar
- • 0.5 tsp salt
- • 10 g butter
- • 100 g apple butter
- • 100 g almond butter
- • 2 whole bananas
- • 100 g fruit preserves
Method

Gather ingredients: 240 g flour, 3 large eggs, 475 ml milk, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 tbsp sugar, 0.5 tsp salt, 10 g butter, 100 g apple butter, 100 g almond butter, 2 whole bananas, 100 g fruit preserves. Tools needed: blender, crepe pan, spatula, plate, bowl.

Place flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt in a blender and puree until smooth.

Refrigerate the batter for 1 hour to allow bubbles to settle.

Grease a crepe pan with butter over medium heat.

Pour 2 tbsp of batter into the pan and swirl to cover the surface.

Cook for 60 seconds, flip, and cook for another 30 seconds until golden.

Remove the crepe to a plate and repeat for remaining batter.

Spread with apple butter, almond butter, mashed bananas, or preserves.

Roll the crepes into a cigar shape and serve immediately.
