- • 120 ml tonic water
- • 2 large lime wedges
- • 200 g ice cubes
Method

Gather ingredients: 60 ml gin, 120 ml tonic water, 2 large lime wedges, 200 g ice cubes. Tools needed: highball glass, bar spoon, jigger.

Fill the highball glass with ice cubes and pour in 60 ml gin.

Squeeze 2 lime wedges into the glass and drop the spent wedges into the drink.

Top with 120 ml tonic water and stir gently with a bar spoon to combine.
