
Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies

- • 150 g brown sugar

- • 340 g semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- • 120 g chopped nuts

Gather ingredients: 280 g flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 225 g butter, 150 g granulated sugar, 150 g brown sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 large eggs, 340 g chocolate morsels, 120 g chopped nuts. Tools: small bowl, large mixer bowl, whisk, hand or stand mixer, spatula, measuring spoons, baking sheets, wire racks.

Preheat oven to 190 Celsius.

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.

Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Gradually beat in the flour mixture, then stir in morsels and nuts.

Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
